Join us every third Sunday at Platform, a conscious studio space, for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. We begin with a 60-minute Kundalini yoga practice to awaken the body, clear the mind, and open the heart. After class, we gather for a wholesome community potluck—a time to nourish, share, and connect.
Students are encouraged to bring a dish or drink to share with others. Come for the practice, stay for the community, and be part of something greater: all proceeds are donated to a rotating non-profit organization each month, supporting conscious causes and collective upliftment.
Open to all levels. Come as you are—we can't wait to share space with you.
