Mystic Healing Arts empowers women to heal from within by embracing a holistic approach rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and Herbal Support. Rather than treat symptoms, we guide you in cultivating self-awareness and deepening your intuition to restore balance, reconnect with your true essence, and live with vitality and purpose.

Hi, I’m Mystic!

I am the founder of Mystic Healing Arts — a holistic coaching practice rooted in Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and herbalism. I support clients in exploring the six key facets of life: diet, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, lifestyle, and relationships. Together, we look at how these areas are interconnected so clients can gain a deeper understanding of their whole being. My coaching is designed to help people cultivate self-awareness, trust their intuition, and live in greater alignment with your most authentic self.
