Join us for a soulful afternoon of connection, creativity, and inner awakening. We’ll begin by sitting in ceremony with a chosen plant ally, learning its energetic and medicinal properties while sharing tea and setting intentions. Through presence and mindfulness, we’ll deepen our relationship with this sacred herb and invite its wisdom to flow through us.
From there, we’ll move into a Kundalini Yoga practice designed to open the heart, balance the nervous system, and expand intuitive flow — awakening the creative energy within.
Following the practice, we’ll transition into an intuitive watercolor painting experience, allowing the movement of the practice and the spirit of the plant to guide color, shape, and expression. No art experience necessary — simply come as you are, ready to explore and create.
We’ll close our time together with a sharing circle, integrating our insights, art, and energetic shifts in community.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat & journal
• Watercolor supplies (provided, feel free to bring your own supplies if you feel called)
• Open heart & curious spirit
