On September 13th at @soul.makes , we gather in ritual to align with the shifting season and prepare our hearts, bodies, and spirits for the balance of the Fall Equinox.

✨ Special Pre-Event ✨
From 5–6 pm, join us for a Cutting of the Cord Ceremony—a powerful ritual that helps us release attachments to what no longer serves, creating space to step into the new season with freedom and clarity.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll experience during the main event:

🍫 Cacao Ceremony → Cacao is a sacred plant medicine rich in antioxidants and theobromine, known to gently open the heart, deepen presence, and invite connection to self and others.

🌬 Breathwork → Through the breath we release stored tension and emotions, rejuvenating the nervous system and creating space for calm, clarity, and vitality.

🎶 Sound Healing → Vibrations and frequencies wash through the body, reducing stress, dissolving blockages, and guiding you into deep relaxation and harmony.

💃 Ecstatic Dance → A freeform movement practice that allows your body to express without judgment, helping release stuck energy, elevate your mood, and connect more deeply to yourself and community.
